Jim Falvey has over 20 years of experience in litigating cases. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and has also successfully negotiated multiple cases to seven figure settlements for his clients.
For the past 12 years, Jim's practice has focused on personal injury and workers' compensation cases. During that time, he has tried personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and workers' compensation cases to juries in Cuyahoga, Lake, Summit, Mahoning and Licking Counties.
Jim graduated from John Carroll University in 1997, where he obtained a degree in Communications. He then graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2001. During law school, Jim worked as a law clerk in the Cleveland office of the Ohio Attorney General, assisting in the workers' compensation division. He is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice and the Lake County Bar Association.
Outside of work, Jim lives in Mentor, Ohio with his wife Valarie and their daughters Sadie and Sienna. He coaches his daughters' softball teams in the summer and fall.
