Biography
James M. Curran is an experienced trial lawyer. After graduating from Rutgers and New York Law School I returned to New Brunswick and served as law clerk To the Honorable John E. Bachman J.S.C. I then went into private practice as a personal injury trial attorney. I quickly was Board Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. My practice is focused in central New Jersey but I have tried cases in most counties in New Jersey. I focus mainly on represented injured people but also provide other legal services to my many clients. I pride my self on client access and transparency and honesty with my clients. My staff has been with me for over 30 years and are simply the best in the business. I have recovered millions of dollars for injured victims over my 36 years in practice.
