Biography
James Roswold has been in practice since 1990. James is a graduate of University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis, MN, graduating magna cum laude, and University of Iowa Law School in Iowa City, IA, receiving his law degree and graduating with distinction, and he is admitted to practice law in both State and Federal Courts in Missouri and Kansas. James started his legal career working for a defense litigation firm, where he litigated personal injury, insurance, FELA, and asbestos cases. After gaining valuable insight into "the other side's" preparation for a civil case, James left to join a Kansas City law firm representing injury victims. James decided he could best serve his clients by opening his own office for the practice of law in cases dealing with injured victims of personal injury, medical negligence, wrongful death, workers compensation, nursing home negligence, premises liability, product liability, and accident cases. James takes pride in obtaining fair and just compensation for seriously injured people throughout both Missouri and Kansas.
