Jason D. Guerra

Jason is a senior associate and trial attorney experienced in both state and federal courts. He engages in civil litigation in Missouri and Illinois, with an emphasis in lawsuits involving bodily injuries, trucking and transportation and insurance defense. Jason represents a wide variety of clients in lawsuits involving premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage issues and vehicular negligence matters. He has handled complex issue and multi-party litigation at the state, federal and appellate level, and has received favorable verdicts in the St. Louis Metropolitan area, including the City of St. Louis.A St. Louis native, Jason especially enjoys representing trucking companies and their drivers, having graduated from truck driving school and obtaining his commercial driver's license. Additionally, he is active in the trucking and transportation industry and is a member of several transportation organizations, including the Messenger Courier Association of America, where he serves as a committee member on the Governmental Affairs Committee, representing the interests of the transportation industry though state and federal legislation.
