Attorney Jason E. Payne is a native of Port Arthur, Texas who attended University of Houston and earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. While attending the University of Houston, Mr. Payne interned in the offices of State Representative Garnet Coleman and then State Representative Sylvester Turner. After graduating from the University of Houston in 1999, Mr. Payne attended law school at the University of Houston Law Center. While at the University of Houston Law Center, Mr. Payne was a member of the law school’s Interscholastic Mock Trial Team. Mr. Payne graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2002 and later attended Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston Illinois, where he received his Master of Business Administration degree in 2011.
