Jason Emmons joined the law firm of Roberts Wooten & Zimmer in 2018 and is an experienced trial lawyer. Jason handles a wide variety of litigation matters including but not limited to Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, and Traffic Matters.
Jason grew up in Herculaneum, MO and graduated from Herculaneum High School in 2004. After high school, Jason attended Harris Stowe State University in St. Louis, MO and received scholarships for baseball and theatre, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Criminal Justice.
Jason then attended the University of Dayton School of Law and transferred to St. Louis University School of Law, graduating in May 2012. During his first summer of law school, Jason interned for an education law firm in St. Louis, MO. In his third year of law school, Jason participated in the St. Louis University Criminal Defense Clinic.
Jason began his legal career as a trial attorney for the Missouri State Public Defender office in Jefferson City, MO April 2013 and transferred to Farmington, MO March 2017. Jason worked for the Missouri State Public Defender office for over 5 years and has tried numerous criminal jury trials.
Jason is licensed to practice in the state of Missouri and has been a member of the Missouri Bar since September 2012. Jason is a member of the Festus Kiwanis Club.
