After defending the insurance company in hundreds of civil litigation matters and investigations, Mr. Ferguson was recruited by the United States Department of Justice to prosecute federal offenses including narcotics, medical provider prosecutions, business-related crimes, fraud, and illegal gun crimes.
With offices in Atlanta and Columbus, Mr. Ferguson and his team of paralegals, experts and investigators provide compassionate, honest legal services to individuals and businesses throughout Georgia.
Mr. Ferguson also served in the Georgia Air National Guard as a Judge Advocate where he has achieve the rank of Major.
