Biography
I am proud of my record of achieving fair and reasonable settlements for hundreds of injured clients. I represent people who have suffered due to dog bites, car accidents, traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), amputations and other serious injuries, including wrongful death. Having spent the initial years of my law career as an insurance defense attorney, I know how both sides approach personal injury cases. I have an insider's perspective of how insurance companies evaluate claims, and I use this to build strong cases for my clients. No recovery, no fee. I handle cases involving personal injury law on contingency. This means that I do not bill my clients any attorneys' fees unless they receive compensation.
