Jason Hutzler

Attorney Jason Hutzler completed his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2002. He then worked as an insurance adjuster for six years. In that capacity, he investigated and resolved personal injury and wrongful death claims on behalf of the insurance companies for which he worked. Mr. Hutzler subsequently attended law school at the University of Miami School of Law, graduating in 2010 with his Juris Doctor. In 2011, Mr. Hutzler was admitted to practice law before all of the state courts of Arizona and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in 2011.

Following law school, Mr. Hutzler worked for insurance companies as a defense attorney in personal injury and wrongful death matters. The combination of his experience as an insurance adjuster and a defense lawyer provides him with a unique insight into personal injury and wrongful death claims. He understands how insurance companies build defense cases and can anticipate the types of defenses that they might raise when injury victims and the families of people who have been killed file claims. His combination of legal skills and inside knowledge about how insurance companies work provides his clients with experienced and knowledgeable representation.

Mr. Hutzler decided that he would rather represent the victims of the negligent and wrongful actions of others instead of the insurance companies. He is compassionate and understands how people’s lives can be impacted by catastrophic injuries and fatalities. He is dedicated to helping his clients to recover the maximum compensation so that they can be made whole again.

Jason Hutzler has worked as a plaintiffs’ lawyer for five years and has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of his clients and represents plaintiffs from across the state of Arizona.
