Jason McMinn

Jason McMinn, an aggressive and successful personal injury lawyer in Austin, Texas, founded the McMinn Law Firm in 2005. He moved the firm in 2006 to cater to the growing Texas community of New Braunfels. In August of 2007, Jason moved the McMinn Law Firm main office to Austin after experiencing great success in New Braunfels. Expanding to the Texas capital city allowed the law firm to extend its services to people all across central Texas. The firm also decided to narrow its practice to personal injury law. Jason has honed the firm's practice to focus on litigation areas of law, which require experience, innovation, and personable trial techniques and built McMinn Law Firm in to a trusted Austin resource for a personal injury lawyer or car accident attorney to protect and fight on behalf of victims of serious injury through no fault of their own. The McMinn Law Firm uses its extensive experience on the defense side to represent plaintiffs in various personal injury cases. No case is too small for McMinn Law, and the McMinn attorneys are willing and able to assist their clients in battling large insurance companies who deny claims without merit. Jason was born and raised in central Texas, and after graduating from high school, he attended the University of Texas for a degree in Business Administration and Texas Tech University for a degree in law. Jason began his legal career working for Decker, Jones, McMackin, McClane, Hall & Bates, P.C., a large established law firm in Fort Worth, Texas. The attorney rating company, Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters service, selected Jason as a “Rising Star” for 2013. He is also acting president of the Las Hadas Homeowner’s Association in Seguin, Texas. He is an active participant and supporter of the Red McCombs School of Business Alumni Association. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and was president of the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
