Jason Michael Burton is a fifth-generation attorney with broad experience in significant personal injury cases. The son of a career-long insurance defense attorney, he has a detailed understanding of how insurance companies review and handle claims, which he uses to maximize personal injury compensation for his clients.
Since serving as a judicial clerk in the North Carolina court system, Mr. Burton has helped secure more than $40 Million in settlements and verdicts on behalf of individuals harmed by the wrongful conduct of others.
