Honors: My wife Mary Jo and I reside in Olean with our three children. I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Olean Roatary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow. I specialize in handling personal injury, medical malpratice, premises liability, products liability, general litigation and insurance matters in Pennsylvania and New York and have extensive trial experience. I joined this firm in 1993 and became a partner in 1994. I am a lifelong resident of Olean area and an Olean High School Graduate. I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Bonaventure University in 1990 and graduated cum laude from The Dickinson School of Law (Penn State) in 1993. Upon graduation from law school, I was admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New York. I am also admitted to practice law in the Western District of Pennsylvania and in the Western and Southern Districts of New York. Activities: I am a member of the American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyer’s Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Allegany County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association as well as current member and past President of the Cattaraugus County Bar Association.
