        After being ghosted by an attorney after an initial phone interview, I called another well-known one who always advertises in middle TN. He declined to take my daughter’s SSDI appeal, but he did me a great service by referring me to Jeffrey Kovalski. Jeff was polite and respectful, easy to reach, and always returned calls and emails in a timely manner. I really appreciate that he made me feel comfortable asking questions and I never felt rushed. Best of all, my daughter won her SSDI appeal with a judge who only approves 1/3 of the cases he decides. I am sure it was because of Jeff’s diligence. I’m so grateful.
