Jeff Taylor is the founder of the firm. Jeff was born and raised in Morristown. Jeff's practice focuses on civil litigation and preventative counseling and resolution of claims in employment law, employment discrimination, workers compensation, serious personal injury, wage and hour, ADA and FMLA, contract and business law in trial and appellate courts.
Jeff has extensive experience in representing clients with legal issues involving state and federal employment laws, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, harassment, workers compensation, serious personal injury, contract and business law and negligence law.
He has been active in a number of activities within the community. Jeff served on the National Alumni Association at East Tennessee State University for 13 years, and he was President of the National Alumni Association for 3 years. Jeff served on the Kingswood Home for Children Board of Directors for over 12 years, and served as Chairman for 3 years.
Jeff Taylor is a member of the Hamblen, Knox, Tennessee and American Bar Associations, and is a past President of the Hamblen County Bar Association. Jeff continues to be a USTA competitive tennis player competing at the 4.5 rating level. Jeff's hobbies also includes being a spectator with his wife at their daughter's tennis and swim events.
