Jeffrey K. Epstein is a Family Law specialist and joined the firm as a partner in April 2004. Jeff's areas of emphasis include negotiation and trial practice of major matrimonial litigation, including divorce, custody cases, post-judgment litigation, property settlement, ante-nuptial agreements, divorce mediation, and arbitration.
Jeff has been named a 2011 "NJ SuperLawyer". This recognition, which Jeff has received for seven consecutive years, is given after a rigorous selection process that includes both professional achievement and peer recognition. He also has an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell, attesting to the highest legal ability and professional ethics.
Jeff was admitted to practice in New York in 1985 and New Jersey in 1986. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a State Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney. He has also served on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the State Bar and is a panelist for the Mercer County Early Settlement Program. He has been a featured presenter for the annual case law review before the Middlesex County Bar Association and has lectured for the New Jersey ICLE. Jeff is also an accredited mediator, having received mediation training with ICLE and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Jeff is a graduate of Lake Forest College. He received his J.D from Touro College School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. He was previously a partner with Wilentz Goldman and Spitzer in Woodbridge, N.J. where he practiced for 16 years and served as co-chair of their Family Law department. Jeff resides with his family in Plainsboro, New Jersey.
