Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Pietsch worked as a law clerk at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm that specialized in third party no-fault litigation on behalf of significantly injured victims of automobile negligence. After obtaining his law license, Mr. Pietsch spent over seven years representing plaintiffs in various stages of first- and third-party no-fault litigation, including pre-litigation negotiation and settlement matters.
