Jeffrey P. Goldberg

Jeffrey P. Goldberg has been an attorney in Malden, Massachusetts, since 1978. A graduate of Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School, he has had more than 40 years of experience successfully representing his clients in a variety of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents, workers' compensation, unsafe premises and disability claims. During that time, he has been involved in litigation before the District Courts, Superior Courts and the Department of Industrial Accidents, and has successfully obtained millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. Jeff also has extensive experience in representing clients in all types of real estate transactions, both residential and commercial. He is skilled at negotiating and preparing legal contracts, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, Commercial Leases and Loan Documents.

Jeff was the President of the First District Eastern Middlesex Bar Association for 2011-2012 and 2012-2013, and he currently serves as the Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors. He is also member of several civic organizations, including the Malden Chamber of Commerce and for many years he served as a coach and member of the Board of Directors for Marblehead Youth Baseball. He is a passionate fan of all the Boston sports teams. He enjoys golf, reading and listening to music.
