Jeffrey R. Brecker

Jeffrey R. Brecker has been with Godosky & Gentile since its inception in 1995, and has over 40 years of experience as an attorney for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has handled all aspects of personal injury, malpractice litigation, and commercial litigation with a focus on construction site accidents. He is active in numerous negotiations and has achieved a number of substantial jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of the firm's clients.

Jeffrey has received the "AV Preeminent" rating * under Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system, and has been listed in the "Who's Who in American Law" since 1992. He has been named a Top 100 Lawyer by numerous organizations and listed in New York Magazine as one of the top lawyers in New York. He is a member of various bar associations, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and has sat on the Medical Malpractice Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He is a past chairperson of its Tort Litigation Committee.

Jeffrey is a graduate of New York University, the New England School of Law and was an Adjunct Professor at the New College of Hofstra University and has lectured in the areas of torts and legal procedure.
