Mr. Yazinski was born at Fort Knox, Kentucky and as a military dependant has traveled extensively. He has lived in a variety of places both within the continental United States, and abroad. He is a graduate of Zama American High School, Camp Zama, Japan. Mr. Yazinski was also a member of the armed forces, having served in the United State Army, Infantry (Airborne). Duty stations include Leighton Barracks, Germany, where he served as Communications Advisor for the 3rd Infantry Division's Long Range Surveillance unit.
While a law student Mr. Yazinski clerked at Sullivan and Kight, and worked in the areas of general civil litigation, and criminal defense. He also served a clerkship with the Houston County District Attorney's office in his last year of law school. Upon graduation from law school he began his practice with Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson. Mr. Yazinski has lectured both attorneys and employers on issues of employment law. He represents social security claimants throughout the southeast, at the administrative and the appellate levels. He also frequently provides his appellate expertise to non-attorney disability practitioners. When away from the office Mr. Yazinski's interests include: Irish Wolfhounds, and motorcycling. He is member of the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America.
