Jessica Burkhart

Jessica Burkhart, Senior Associate, is a litigation and trial attorney focused on achieving the best results for her personal injury clients.

She believes in open and honest communication with her clients to allow them to make the best decisions when it comes to their personal injury claims. Although she strives to settle claims before filing a lawsuit is necessary, she does not hesitate to engage in litigation when insurance companies fail to fairly compensate her clients.

Prior to joining Jensen Law, Jessica gained expertise in various area including insurance defense, business litigation, real estate, debt collection, and appeals. She worked as an associate at a reputable insurance defense firm in metro-Atlanta, and she also operated her own firm defending and representing creditors. Her previous experience defending insurance companies provided Jessica with knowledge of evaluating her clients' personal injury claims, negotiating with insurance companies, and adequately representing her clients in the court system.

Jessica is from Alabama but has grown strong roots in the State of Georgia. She enjoys college football and spending time with her three children and three dogs.
