She has also effectively represented creditors in Chapter 13, Chapter 11, and Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. Gulash's firm also represents clients in transactional and real estate matters, including contract preparation, entity formation, operating / partnership agreements, real estate transactions, commercial leasing, construction agreements, and the negotiation and review of employment contracts. Further, Ms. Gulash’s firm assists clients in sheltering and leveraging their assets through estate planning.

She is a 2008 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During law school, she was a member of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law & Policy and was a recipient of the Dean's Merit Scholarship.
