      Biography

      Joel works at John Foy & Associates where he can focus on helping the injured get their life back on track and obtain the recovery they deserve.

      As an Atlanta area native, Joel Schneider completed his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia in 2010, where he received a bachelor’s in political science and Certificate in Computing. After graduating, Joel returned to Atlanta, where he worked at John Foy & Associates as a legal assistant for approximately two years. After working in the legal field and gaining valuable experience, Joel enrolled at the University Of Alabama, School Of Law.

      At Alabama, he served as the Articles Editor for the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review, volunteered as a tax preparer and mentor, and clerked at a local Tuscaloosa law firm. After graduating from law school, he received his license to practice law in Georgia and has since worked in various areas of law including personal injury and family law. As a family law attorney, Joel gained significant litigation experience and practiced in dozens of courts all over the state.

      When he is not working as an attorney, Joel enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and dog, live music, and the outdoors.
