Biography
For over two decades, John D. Ameen has been an integral part of the South Florida community. After graduating from the University of Miami with General University Honors in 1991 and its School of Law three years later, he gained valuable experience defending various insurance companies in personal injury and accident matters. His extensive knowledge provides him a profound insight into how insurers approach cases - giving his clients an invaluable edge when pursuing justice against them.
Since 1994, John has been a respected attorney for plaintiffs and is currently at the forefront of insurance class action cases. In 1998, he became the founding partner of his own Coral Springs law firm that specialized in personal injury and accident claims as well as insurance coverage disputes. Notably, one such case involved opposing industry-wide practices like betterment which were not stipulated in all policies but still taken by major companies anyway. For over 15 years now, John has dedicated himself to advocating on behalf of individual policyholders everywhere against large corporations who often times was wrongfully taking advantage them.
With over two decades of experience, John has distinguished himself as a highly respected trial attorney. He was twice honored with the Best Attorney in Coral Springs award by the Coral Springs Forum and has recovered millions for his clients throughout his career.
