John E. Tsikerdanos has been practicing law in Maryland and the District of Columbia for over eight years. Upon graduating from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2008, John has worked as an associate at law firms located in Maryland and D.C. Initially, John's practice was concentrated on creditors' rights and bankruptcy, as he represented both debtors and creditors throughout the bankruptcy process. In addition to his creditors' rights and bankruptcy practice, John began representing community associations throughout Maryland and D.C. He has represented community associations, as well as provided counsel to management companies and board of directors of community associations, advising them on issues related to collections, covenant enforcement and construction defects. His experiences include drafting of governing document amendments, board resolutions, and rules and regulations, as well as representation of community associations throughout the entire collection process. John is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, Frederick County Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association. John lives in Frederick County with his wife, daughter and son, and he enjoys spending time with his family and being involved in sports.
