      A champion wrestler and wrestling coach, partner John J. Nonnenmacher is known as an aggressive opponent in the courtroom. His zealous approach to trial work has earned our clients many outstanding verdicts.

      John has recently been featured in numerous news broadcasts as an ardent advocate for many who suffered the hurt and humiliation of racial discrimination.

      Results

      $2,750,000 verdict against the Board of Education of the City of New York. Client suffered a ruptured placenta and a bulging disc as a result of falling down interior stairs. Prior to joining BYN, John was an assistant corporation counsel for the City of New York.$2,500,000 verdict for client who was injured in a fall from an improperly constructed scaffold.$1,500,000 verdict for a child who suffered lead poisoning after ingesting paint chips found in his parents' rented apartment.John spent months preparing and weeks trying a case against the New York City Housing Authority where it was alleged that a sexual assault of our client was as a direct result of a lack of proper security in the building in which she resided. The jury returned a verdict of $3,500,000.
