      Attorney John R. Discavage earned his Bachelor of Sciences and Bachelor of Arts degrees in 1996 from the University of Dayton. Before attending law school, Mr. Discavage worked for Judge Walter Rice in the Federal District Court of Ohio and the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Dayton, Ohio. He then went to the University of Dayton School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree. After graduating, Mr. Discavage moved back to Maryland and began prosecuting cases for the Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office. Attorney Discavage has participated in seminars and advocacy courses throughout the state of Maryland, and has worked in and out of the courtroom with experts and accident reconstructionists. In 2005, he established The Law Office of John R. Discavage, P.A., where he focuses his practice on personal injury and auto accident litigation.
