John Slack

John Slack is one of Louisville’s rising personal injury lawyers at Becker Law and one of the hardest working attorneys in the personal injury field. He works tirelessly to investigate and develop complex medical malpractice cases to bring justice to those harmed by medical negligence. Aside from helping clients who have been injured by medical professionals, John also specializes in nursing home neglect and product liability claims.

John is currently working closely with partners Greg Bubalo and Kate Dunnington handling a complex mass tort litigation involving hundreds of women who have suffered injuries from the birth control device Essure.

A 2018 graduate of the University of Louisville's Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, John joined the litigation team at Becker Law in September of 2019. Before becoming a valuable member of the Becker Law team, John honed his skills clerking in the Laurel and Knox County Circuit Court system, assisting other attorneys in both civil and criminal litigation.

When he’s not practicing law, John likes to give back to hometown of Hodgenville, Kentucky, where he volunteers as a coach for the LaRue County High School Speech and Debate Team. He also enjoys hiking, reading, and cheering on the Louisville Cardinals.
