John W. Lee was born in Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia on March 21, 1973. John lived in the Princess Anne area of Virginia Beach where he attended Princess Anne junior high school and graduated from Kellam High School in 1991. He was an active member of the Boy Scouts in high school and atttained the rank of Eagle Scout in 1989. John graduated from Liberty University in 1995 with a major in Government and a minor in Philosophy. He graduated in the top third of his class from Regent University School of Law in 1998. In that same summer he married his wife Dawn Lee and they have been happily married for over eight years. John passed the Virginia State Bar exam the first time he took it and began practicing law in Norfolk, Virginia in 1998. He joined a firm in Hampton, Virginia in 2000 and opened his own firm in September 2002. He opened his second office in April 2006 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. John primarily practices in the areas of bankruptcy, divorce, criminal, and civil contracts. He is admitted to practice before all Virginia Courts and the Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy Bar. John is currently a member of the Virginia State Bar, Hampton Bar, and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
