Jonathan Andrew Fultz

Jonathan Fultz is an associate with Helton Law, LLC. His legal practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation. Jonathan is experienced in various areas of the law including real estate law, traffic law, contracts, business law, construction law, probate and estate administration. Jonathan also assists clients in transactional matters, including drafting contracts, preparing lease agreements, estate planning, and assisting clients in business formations. Also, Jonathan advises business owners on various legal issues that arise in the daily operation of their business.

An experienced litigator, Jonathan has effectively represented clients at the trial level, as well as assisted clients in resolving their dispute through alternative dispute resolution. Each case is treated uniquely, where Jonathan implements strategies to meet the individual needs of each client necessary to obtain the best possible outcome for their case.

Jonathan is a native of Barrow County, Georgia, and he is proud to call Cartersville his home. He graduated from Cartersville High in 1999. Prior to law school, Jonathan graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Biology. Jonathan graduated from the Walter F. George Mercer University School of Law In 2012. Jonathan has been admitted to practice law since 2012 in all Georgia State Courts.
