Biography
Jordan R. Wagner is the co-founder of Kibbey Wagner, a leading personal injury firm in Stuart, Florida. A Board Certified personal injury lawyer, Jordan has led the firm to recover over $30 million for accident victims in Southern Florida.
Top legal organizations have taken note of his success; he’s been named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers and a Florida Super Lawyer by SuperLawyers Magazine.
Jordan began his career as an insurance defense attorney. He now represents accident victims against the same insurers he used to defend. He uses his skills and expertise to maximize his client’s claims and get them the compensation they need to move forward.
Jordan handles all types of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, brain injuries, and wrongful death.
He is licensed to practice in Florida state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Jordan obtained his bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota School of Law.
