Jose E. Bosch

Jose E. Bosch is a partner in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. For over 10 years, he has focused in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Bosch serves as general counsel to several national and international insurance carriers. He has broad experience advising and representing insurers on first party and third party coverage matters. He has litigated bad faith and coverage actions involving a wide range of matters, including all aspects of insurance defense and issues arising under general liability defense, automobile liability, property damage, employment practices claims, medical malpractice defense, and nursing home litigation. He has extensive jury trial experience.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Bosch was in-house counsel in the Miami office of the Texas-based insurance company, The Gainsco Companies.

Mr. Bosch received a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, Fort Lauderdale, Florida and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, majoring in marketing.

Mr. Bosch is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council, Inc., American Trial Lawyers Association, South Florida Claims Association, and the Dade County Defense Bar Association.
