Jose's practice focuses on insurance claims, which include property, life, and disability claims. Jose is also experienced in civil litigation and personal injury. His mission is to process claims efficiently and for the highest possible recovery.
Jose comes from an extensive background in public service. Prior to practicing law, Jose was a congressional affairs manager at FEMA, where he managed claims from hurricane Irma. His expertise in government affairs comes from his experience working at the US House of Representatives as Director of Operations for a local congressman. Jose's community service has been recognized with a special certificate of congressional recognition.
This passion for public service is what inspired Jose to become an attorney. He obtained his law degree from Florida A&M University and his bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Civil Liberties Union.
A native of Puerto Rico, Jose is a proud husband and father of two. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, playing basketball, and volunteering at his church.
