Joseph A. Giglio

Joseph A. Giglio is an associate attorney with the firm of Russo, Karl, Widmaier & Cordano, PLLC. Joseph practices in all areas of commercial and residential real estate transactional matters such as the acquisition, disposition and leasing of properties. Joseph represents clients with business related matters including the acquisition and disposition of businesses and assets, including the forming of various business entities.

Joseph is also instrumental in the firm's litigation department. He assists in overseeing the firm's personal injury matters from intake to trial. He has represented clients in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents and other general negligence matters.

Joseph received his Juris Doctorate degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While attending law school, Joseph was selected as an Honors Program Scholar for his academic excellence and was chosen as a Pro Bono Scholar, during which time he assisted indigent clients with various legal actions and has dedicated hundreds of hours to pro bono assistance.
