Joseph is a 2012 graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law. While in law school he clerked in the complex litigation department of the San Francisco Superior Court. He also worked in the litigation section of the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office. These experiences provided real world insight into the role which the civil justice system plays in protecting citizens from corporate and institutional wrongdoing.
Following graduation Joseph joined the Bay Area law firm of Kazan, McClain, Satterley & Greenwood, a nationally recognized asbestos litigation plaintiff’s side firm and worked with a team of highly experienced litigators on cutting edge issues affecting mesothelioma victims. As an associate, Joseph litigated all aspects of asbestos and mesothelioma cases on behalf of workers and their families throughout California.
In 2017, Joseph joined Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger with a view toward expanding his practice and skills to areas outside toxic asbestos claims. He is presently working on both mass tort cases and individual client claims for plaintiffs who have suffered catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. He continues to passionately advocate for injured people, leveling the playing field through diligent and comprehensive preparation of cases for trial or fair settlement.
Joseph is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Protection Attorneys of California, the American Association for Justice, and the National Lawyers Guild.
