Biography
Located in the heart of West Milford Twp. for 20 years. Served West Milford Twp. as Public Defender for 17 years, and Butler Borough as Public Defender for 5 years. After serving as a clerk for the New York State Supreme Court and a stint in the legal department of Towers Financial in NYC, Mr. Affinito decided to practice law in New Jersey where he presently serves the citizens of Passaic, Morris, Bergen and Sussex Counties.
