Joseph Bilotta Esq.

Joseph Bilotta aids individuals and families in the areas of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability and Labor and Employment Law. He attended Fordham Preparatory High School, received his BA from Fordham University in the Bronx, New York and his law degree from Pace University in White Plains, New York.

Joe was admitted to practice in New York in 1989 and Florida in 1991. He is a also a member of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Joe was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Criminal Law, a member of the Pace University Law Review and graduated cum laude. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is a current member and former president of the Boynton Beach Kiwanis Club, a community service organization.

He practiced law in New York City from 1989 through 1993 before moving to Florida and becoming an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County where he tried over 100 felony cases. He then reentered private practice and began working with Mr. Vassallo helping the people and businesses of Palm Beach County.

Joseph Bilotta has been an attorney since 1989 and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Florida and New York, in addition to the United States Supreme Court. He has represented clients in collective actions against major national companies and individuals against smaller local companies.
