Joseph M. Romero

Joseph M. Romero is a native of Las Vegas, New Mexico. He graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology in May, 2006. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law in May, 2010. While in law school, Joseph clerked for an insurance defense firm and interned with the Second Judicial District Attorney’s Office. He has served in the New Mexico Air National Guard since February 1998. Joseph was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in September, 2010. He practiced at two Albuquerque insurance defense firms before becoming a plaintiff’s attorney in July, 2012. Joseph joined Killian Davis Richter & Mayle, P.C. in January, 2013. He is licensed to practice in all New Mexico State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Joseph’s practice focuses on plaintiff’s personal injury, social security disability appeals and workers’ compensation claims.
