Before joining Clifford Law Offices, I worked extensively in several areas since being sworn in as a lawyer in Illinois in 2012. I was formerly a Cook County Assistant State's Attorney and a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Department of Justice. I also served on active military duty with the U.S. Army as a Captain in the 101st Airborne Division. During my time there, I was appointed as the Chief of Federal Litigation for the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate. Today, I am a U.S. Army Reserve JAG Corps officer.
I joined Clifford Law Offices as a Partner and am a member of the aviation team of lawyers that is working on the 2019 tragic crash of a Boeing 737 MAX jet in Ethiopia. The complex litigation involves families from 35 countries against the aircraft manufacturer.
There is a long line of attorneys and judges in my family, including both of my parents. When my extended family gathers together for the holidays, there are 19 lawyers, including myself.
