Joshua C. Black

Joshua is an employment law attorney who advocates for his clients in all matters of employment disputes. Joshua regularly represents clients in matters of workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, wage disputes, disability accommodation, sexual harassment, and severance negotiations. Joshua represents clients in civil litigation in Arizona State Courts, the United States District Court, District of Arizona, and in agency proceedings before the EEOC and the NLRB. Joshua is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Arizona Employment Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Arizona - Employment Law Section. Joshua also speaks regularly on employment-related topics. When he is not at work advocating for his clients Joshua likes to travel the world.
