Biography
Josh Fogelman is an Austin personal injury lawyer. He co-founded FVF Law Injury Attorneys in 2014. He has 14 years of experience representing accident victims injured due to others’ negligence. He has experience representing clients in all forms of personal injury cases, including car accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death.
Mr. Fogelman is an Austin native. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He earned his law degree from Baylor Law School in 2008. Mr. Fogelman is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice law before all Texas State Courts.
Mr. Fogelman and his firm are dedicated to the values that include compassion, advocacy, transparency, and education. Mr. Fogelman educates every accident victim he assists. Mr. Fogelman has earned many honors and awards over his career. He is a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. These honor societies are reserved for the small and elite group of lawyers who are able to secure significant settlements or damage awards on behalf of their clients.
