Mr. Schwartz's practice has always been focused on the representation of plaintiffs in complex wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury matters, including medical malpractice and products liability. His dedication to the victims of catastrophic injuries goes beyond his efforts in the courtroom. Josh received his law degree from Widener University School of Law, where he received Widener Law's Outstanding Student Service Award and the President's Service Award. While attending law school, Josh served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Matthews of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Rhetorical Theory from The Pennsylvania State University. He completed a semester abroad at The Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, where he taught English classes at Czech High Schools. Josh gives back to the community by representing indigent clients pro bono. He is also co-founder of The Spruce Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Philadelphia youth.
