Born and raised outside Boston, Massachusetts she began her legal career in the Northeast before moving to Florida in 2011. She received her Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut and her Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law. Recognizing her clients' needs and the benefit of a rapid response at the time of a catastrophic accident, Ms. Herzlich developed, implemented and was the Director of the first Catastrophic Accident Response Team, which provided 24/7 access to a team of dedicated attorneys and experts available to respond to an accident scene within hours. Through early involvement, she frequently served as a liaison between her clients and various law enforcement agencies throughout Florida.

As a trial attorney at Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Herzlich uses her background in insurance defense to provide her clients with the added insight into how the insurance company operates. She recognizes the insurance companies' limitations, anticipates their common strategies and successfully navigates her clients through the legal process in order to achieve optimal and just results on their behalf.
