Juliette Gaffney Dame is an experienced family law attorney dedicated to working with parties as they navigate through the foreign and emotional process of divorce, dissolution and custody. In this highly personal process, Juliette works to educate her clients on a multitude of options from mediation to settlement conferences to Guardian Ad Litems, with the absolute last option being litigation. Juliette is a trained mediator and former Guardian ad Litem herself so she knows the benefits of keeping a case out of the court and children, especially, as far away from the contentious process. Put the parties more in control of the ultimate outcome. However, as a former prosecutor, Juliette is not one to shy away from taking a case to trial if that is the best option. As she will tell you in the initial consultation, "Each case is unique." While most cases will resolve by agreement, a very few will go to trial and you always have to have someone that is a ready and zealous advocate for you and your children when that day comes. Juliette is trained in alternatives such as mediation or collaborative law and has a strong history of successfully complex separation cases.
