Justin was born on September 30, 1985 in Wilmington, Delaware. He graduated Cum Laude from Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania in 2008, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2011 from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he served as President of the Public Interest Law Association, Associate Editor of Juris Magazine, and as the Student Pro Bono Program Coordinator. Also during his time at Duquesne, Mr. Witt interned with the Allegheny County Law Department's Family Division and volunteered as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh. Prior to joining Evey Black Attorneys, Mr. Witt served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable William N. Nicholas, the Honorable William J. Walls, Jr., and the Honorable Mardi F. Pyott in the Kent County Family Court of the State of Delaware for nearly two years. He is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Blair County Bar Association. Mr. Witt was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 2012 and concentrates his practice on the following areas: Family Law (Divorce, Property Division, Alimony, Custody, Visitation, Child Support and Spousal Support), Child Welfare Law; Litigation and Adoptions.
