Justin D. Miller

Justin Miller is a lawyer truly on the side of the people. He represents clients in all types of personal injury cases ranging from the catastrophic to the small fender bender. He understands that to his clients, every case is a big case, and because of that, he fights hard to get his clients justice no matter the case. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Miller litigated personal injury and criminal defense cases in a small family owned law firm for several years.

Mr. Miller graduated from Morehouse College with a degree in Mathematics, and then attended the St. John's University School of Law in New York. During law school, he was the president of the school's Student Bar Association and an editor of the New York International Law Review. After law school, he moved back to Atlanta where he gained valuable experience working as a lawyer for the commissioner of the Georgia Department of Labor.

Justin Miller currently mentors and speaks to youths in and around the Atlanta area, and handles cases for families in Atlanta area juvenile courts. He handles a variety of personal injury cases, including those involving commercial trucks and other motor vehicles, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death.
