Justin Cronin is a partner with the firm and works out of its Los Angeles office. Mr. Cronin’s practice focuses on all facets of complex civil litigation matters involving premises, products and chemicals, personal and catastrophic injuries, auto and construction accidents, environmental contamination, business disputes, FINRA arbitrations, and insurance litigation. He brings with him extensive experience representing individuals and businesses of all sizes (from sole proprietors to publicly-traded Fortune 500 companies and institutional clients) in a consultation capacity and in high stakes and high impact litigation. Mr. Cronin is a seasoned litigator who has consistently achieved favorable results for his clients in all types of matters and in various phases of those, including at trial and the appellate levels. Mr. Cronin has successfully represented consumers and homeowners, non-profit corporations, product manufacturers and distributors, food processors and distributors, premises owners and operators, real estate developers, construction contractors, companies and producers in the film and television industry, financial institutions, employee benefit plan providers, and professionals. Notable successes include obtaining a $4.8 million jury verdict in Los Angeles County in a multi-phase intellectual property, fraud case, and unfair competition case, and defending favorable results obtained in the trial courts through appeal (see, e.g., Shiffer v. CBS Corporation, 240 Cal. App. 4th 246 (2015) and Yocum v. CBS Corporation, 745 Fed. Appx. 20 (Dec. 10, 2018 9th Cir.)). His breadth of varied experience serves as a benefit identifying and obtaining the best outcome for his clients.
