Biography
Justin Lusko is an associate attorney at Levin Papantonio, focusing his practice on medical malpractice litigation. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance. Mr. Lusko then received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007. In addition to graduating with dean's list recognition, Mr. Lusko was recognized with distinction for his pro bono work while in law school.Upon graduation, Mr. Lusko practiced as an Assistant State Attorney with the Office of State Attorney, 1st Judicial Circuit, for four years, where he tried over fifty-five jury trials to verdict. Following this, Mr. Lusko worked with a civil litigation firm handling multi-million dollar cases throughout the state of Florida involving bad faith matters.
Mr. Lusko is currently licensed to practice law before all Florida state courts as well as before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
