Bell was the attorney that represented me a couple years back for a DUI that I was wronfully charged with. I was pulled over in May of 2019 and arrested for driving under the influence. I am not going to state the officer’s name but the officer that pulled me over said that I was under the influence objects of drugs. His reasons for charging me with a DUI were not even reasons that the officer was trained to look for, as those reasons are not listed in the officer’s training manual. Upon the officer’s approach I was immediately pulled out of my car. While being pulled out of my car the officer accused me of going to run. When he realized that I wasn’t going to run, he then started yelling at me saying that I was high. I was not high and the reasons he gave for me being high was of his own thoughts,, not facts. The officer stated that, “I The officer never asked me to take a field sobriety test nor did he read me my Miranda Rights. I was arrested and charged with a DUI. After making bond and appearing in court I was appointed Justin Bell to represent me. Justin reviewed my case and watched the officer’s video from his chest camera. Within 3 minutes he knew I was innocent and the only mistakes that were made that night were the officer’s mistakes. Especially since there were no facts. None of those reasons that the officer used in determining whether or not I was under the influence were in his training manual that he had extensive training in. Therefore my attorney Mr. Bell completely embarrassed the officer on stand and he got my case thrown out of court. Mr. Bell is a beast in the court room and knows his suit. He believes in the TRUTH and standing behind the innocent. In doing so, we won.
