Kadence Rayne Haskett was born and raised in North Texas until she moved to Louisiana. She attended Louisiana State University where she graduated in 3.5 years an earned her degree in Political Science and a minor in Religious Studies in 2015. Kadence then attended LSU Law School where she earned her Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law in 2019.
Kadence’s parents divorced while she was still very young. She has a personal perspective of the different emotions and challenges that are result from divorced and blended families. Kadence understands how to help families navigate their way through the difficult challenges, bringing knowledge and compassion to her practice.
Kadence puts “Family Fuerst” and also handles personal injury cases for her clients. Ms. Haskett is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Southwest Louisiana Bar Association, Southwest Louisiana Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, and Southwest Louisiana Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section – Family Law Section. She is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. Kadence is active in Lake Charles community programs, including the Kiwanis Club of South Lake Charles.
