I am a litigation attorney with Rubenstein Law and practice out of their Orlando office.
I specialize in representing personal injury victims, injured through no fault of their own, in litigation matters all over the State of Florida in state and federal courts. My experience includes wrongful death claims, trucking accidents, motor vehicle and pedestrian accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and negligent security claims.
The legal profession is a second career for me, after having spent a career in the military as a member of the United States Navy. I began my second career working for insurance companies and know the tactics used against injured victims. I was a partner in a state-wide insurance defense firm and tried cases all throughout the Florida Panhandle. In 2016, I brought those years of experience to the side of those most needing the help, defending the victims’ right to seek compensation from those who caused them harm.
Prior to Rubenstein Law, I was a senior litigation attorney at Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys, where I represented hundreds of plaintiffs over the past six years, trying multiple trials to verdict in courtrooms all over Central Florida. In 2021, I was recognized as a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the Florida Bar. In 2022 I became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator.
I graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.A. in Marine Affairs. I completed my J.D. at Loyola University New Orleans. I am a graduate of Baylor University’s Executive LL.M. in Litigation Management Program, the first of its kind in the Nation. I am a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association, the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association.
When I am not working in the legal field, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife, Keely, and our four children.
